There are supposed to be 30 caps in the bottle. My bottle was sealed when I received it, but there were only 19 caps inside! Very upset and disappointed! Will never buy this brand again! I'd rather spend a bit more to get a quality product from a better brand.

Ok, so when you see MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE pasted on the front of the packaging, you would expect to get magnesium glycinate right? WRONG. When I checked the package insert, I found that they HIDE the fact that it is some glycinate (how much WHO KNOWS?!) mixed with cheap, less effective magnesium oxide. I think this is downright dishonest There is no way I am buying Vitatech again. I have always wondered why they have such cheap options. Now I know. Guess you get what you pay for.

These combined with vitamin D3 really did wonders for me slept peacefully, I can’t really drink thing longer than 30 days cause they might have helped with getting my sleeping patterns back to normal but they try suppress dreams. The dreams are not so clear and they are confusing when you’re on these pills. So spiritual people only take this combo when you truly want your nervous system to relax artificially

My muscles have been twitching for the past few months and it's my third day taking these. No more twitching and chocolate cravings gone. Maybe the trick to cravings is to find out what nutrients are in the foods we are craving then find healthier alternatives that contain those nutrients or consider supplementing.

I’ve been trying different magnesium supplements as I’ve read it’s a good and healthy way to boost energy during the day and promote a good night’s sleep, and let me just say, I’ve found THE ONE! I’m on my third box of these, so almost 3 months of using them, and I can without fail notice when I’ve skipped a day. I have more energy during my work day and less lethargy during mid noon, when I was normally struggling to keep my eyes open. But the most prominent change I’ve noticed is in my sleep schedule at night. All my life I’ve woken up about 3/4 times a night and would then lie awake for a few minutes before I fall asleep again. I have not had that issue in months, and it really is life changing! I will forever repurchase these capsules!!!

it's been a week and I take these before bedtime and I wake up ready mentally and body wise not really heals sore muscles as people suggest but it really does give you a kick start
