They say 2 ply but it feels like 1 ply it's rough and has a cracking loud sound when using it. I have known baby soft tissues to be soft but these ones it's a no from me. Wasted my money. Not happy with the quality

I bought a 24 pack of baby soft toilet rolls.They are as hard as a newspaper,very disappointing.The main reason I buy baby soft is because of the quality.The quality has been compromised the price has gone up.It’s unacceptable.🙅‍♀️

I am very disappointed with the product I received. It is nothing like the Babysoft toilet paper I'm used to. The paper is hard, and the quality is poor. The tissue isn't cut properly and is misaligned throughout the entire pack. This is not what I expected and is far from acceptable.

Oh, the goldilocks of bathroom necessities: two-ply toilet paper. It's just the ideal thickness for a royal wipe—not too thick (we're not made of money here), nor too thin (looking at you, 1-ply). Comfortably soft, robust enough to manage tasks, and just absorbent enough to avoid any... regrettable finger accidents. Overall, a trustworthy buddy in the toilet battlefield. Would I recommend? Of course. Would I use it to erase the regrets in my life? Perhaps.
