This product has the “WOW” capability only when connected directly with its ARC supported network. That’s running a high speed HDMI cable from the ARC output in your TV to the ARC input into the soundbar. This will give you that Dolby Atmos feel. However if you’re running a AUX input from TV to Soundbar, you will get the regular surround sound experience (not Atmos) which is still great! Be more specific about your needs before you purchase this soundbar. Do you want it for a great movie experience or loud music listening? 🍿- For movies this sound bar performs great! It’s immersive and loud enough even in a large room like my lounge to have you feeling like you’re in a theatre. The rear speakers are pretty quiet so I recommend mounting them in areas that will be close enough to the listener to have an enhanced listening experience. 🎶 - Casual music listening, this product is a win, but if you want your windows to vibrate then it’s not gonna do that. Overall I’m impressed and it’s great value for money. I love it!

I had another one, and the rear speakers did not work when playing youtube of spotify music. This one is working good. good bass, and the nice thing is that you can adjust the rear speakers to be louder. Hold in surr on remote it is on factory 0 can put it on -5 or +5. Good value for the money

At first before buying this soundbar DOLBY ATMOS system I was very sceptical, to my surprise, this system sounds awesome and even better to the SONY 600w. All speakers handles the sound balance very well, bass are controllable,from having very little bass to having alot and overpowering bass. The surround speakers really kicks loud and clear and does handle the sound quality very well even at half the amount of loudness. Once you have setup your system, set it to your own liking, eq you will get the best from it and enjoy everybit of it. I Would definately recommend this HISENSE AX5100Q 5.1 system to anyone that is looking for brilliant sound quality at a fraction of the price.

It is an impressive soundbar that doesn't shake your walls but gets you invested in the content you love. We were very keen to get one of these soundbar setups ever since the original AX5100G came out. After seeing a few reviews of that model I was skeptical. However it seems like those issues have been ironed out with this newer model. The "wireless" sub and rear speakers helped eliminate some of our wiring issues we had with our previous set up. The soundbar is easy to set up and creates a good soundstage that is immersive when watching and listening to a range of content. There are some functions like DTS Virtual X which could have benefitted from a button on the remote to access. Worth a purchase as an entry level soundbar with rear speakers especially as it supports DTS and Dolby both through Optical cable and HDMI eARC,which is a rare find. Recommend it for people who are on a budget but would like to step up from their TV speakers or downscale from larger home theatre to a more space friendly and neighbour friendly option.

Didn't sound good. The treble was very low and voices were unclear. When there are lots of sounds, the high pitched sound would become unnoticeable. Returned the sound bar.

The sound was average until I switched my TV to PCM and used the streaming box’s Dolby Digital output. Adjust the subwoofer volume using the remote’s range of -2 to 2 (default is 0). Overall, the sound is great.

Love this! As someone who spent countless hours doing research, I’m pleased with this product. The base is satisfactory and the audio is so clear. The audio is as clear on the lowest volume as it is on the loudest volume and that’s impressive. The Dolby Atmos makes for an incredible experience. Please note that the rear speakers are not as loud as the other speakers and are not very clear on the surround pro but that’s how it’s meant to be for a totally immersive experience. Whether I’m playing games, watching movies or listening to music this soundbar delivers

Coming from an old home theater system, this is a major improvement. Dolby Atmos is amazing to hear for the first time. You can literally hear a needle fall on the ground behind you. The wireless surround speakers have zero latency and is plenty loud. I would recommend just upping the volume by holding the surround button on the remote to +5. Using it with a PS5, playing Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and the sound is EXCELLENT. Would recommend 10/10.

I love this sound system! The surround sound works wonders. I was shopping for awhile and was uhming and ahhing on a few brands, like Sonos etc. I went with this Not only due to its price point for sound quality too. If you're undecided and been watching reviews on YouTube like I have. Go for this. You won't regret it!!

The build quality is great, the sound it good. Waaay better than my TV's 2.1 system. My only gripe is the rear speakers are not loud enough but I may not have set up the output correctly.
